YES, you do need to be very concerned and discuss this fully with your doctor. Cyclobenzaprine plus a narcotic may result in devastating cessation of breathing while asleep, and an accident can be catastrophic. Devise a NEW approach for your medication protocols. Your doctor should have someone in the office to help.
