Per Drugs.Com: promethazine + flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) may ^ side effects like "drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, heat intolerance, flushing, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation, rapid heart beats, confusion, & memory problems." Oxycodone + promethazine or Oxycodone + flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) may cause sedation, dizziness, v concentrating, v judgment & less clear cognition.
