Yes: make sure your blood pressure is controlled...and yes you can take flexeril with oxycodone...watch out for tolerance with these narcotics...if you have an "addictive personality" you may have problems with excessive oxycodone and nucynta (tapentadol)...take them as directed and have a plan to stop them with your doctor.
