I have a slight heart murmur & anxiety. dr told me not to google it. i took baby aspirin a couple days because of quick sharp chest pain likely from my gastritis. now i'm worried the aspirin may flare gastritis or flare my palpitations, is it safe?

I don't worry that aspirin will halt or cause cardiac irritability, but it can cause or aggravate gastritis. Have your palpitations been checked by wearing an outpatient heart monitor to determine whether you're experiencing true cardiac arrhythmias? If they are identified, are they high grade serious or benign and a nuisance? If they bother you, beta blockers may suppress them. ?See cardiologist
