You should have a doctor look at them to determine what they are due to and see if there is a treatment that will prevent them from happening in the first place. You may need to see a dermatologist to get the best treatment after a diagnosis is made. A diagnosis cannot be made without seeing them. Good luck!

These may be recurrent hives or urticaria. If so the cause is often elusive. Try to think of possible triggers like foods, change in temperature, exercise. Taking antihistamines may help. If these are hives, I recommend consulting an allergist for evaluation and appropriate testing. Otherwise see your MD or a dermatologist.
