Could be: The information you provided is consistent with systemic lupus. All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best poistion to do that.

Have you seen a : Have a you seen a rheumatologist to evaluate these symptoms? These could be manifestations of an autoimmune disease like lupus, but it is up to the rheumatologist to make that determination.
