I assume there's no STD risk. Do you have evidence of irritation/inflammation of the urethra? I recommend having a clean catch urine specimen for the lab to perform a urinalysis with a microscopic examination of the sediment and a urine culture& colony count to check for infection. Be sure not to contaminate the specimen with vaginal secretions. Consult a urologist if urine studies are negative.
