I wouldn't do that: Your body needs enough fluid value to make you pee every 6-8 hrs. That is the overflow that washes waste materials from the kidney effectively. You get fluid value from many foods other than liquids. Applesauce is 95% water, most fruits at least 80%, vegies 60%, etc. If you are consuming extra water to follow the 4 glasses myth you can stop. It's not required for good health.
