Physically weaker: In general, the less we do(less active) the weaker we will get. This becomes more of a problem as we get older. We do not get stronger by sitting and doing nothing. Weaker will mean increase risks of injury, and slower reovery if we get sick. Also, less actvities means we are burning less calories and consequently obesity if we eat more than what we burn off...

Sedentary : Please ask your doctor for an exercise program that fits your needs or ask him/her for a referral to a trainer at a gym. If you have a physical situation that restricts movement in one part of your body, get a supervised program that exercises the other part, e.g., upper or lower body. Peace and good health.
