Why does the top of my right leg on the left side where i go to the bathrm have this burning feeling?im putting some antibiotic ointment and antifungal stuff in case thats what it is,ive had this beforeand it went away, is it an infection? or fungus?

Is there a rash present? Typically with an infection, there would be a rash-either bacterial or fungal. If there is a rash and it doesn’t resolve with the ointments you are using, then see a doctor, perhaps a dermatologist. If there is no rash, this may be a neurological issue and seeing your doctor may be needed to have it evaluated, good luck!
