Yeast/pimples: probably NOT. vaginal yeast infections are exactly that - vaginal. It sounds like you may have had two small infected hair follicles - folliculitis that have at least partially resolved (as this can) on their own. I would avoid trying to "pop" them and use moist heat or simply monitor the remaining one.
