I was in cozumel, mexico swimming in the ocean when i was cut on the leg by a kayak. i walked to their bathroom where i used soap and water and cleaned the wound twice, once on the cruise i used antiseptic wipe. can i still get flesh eating infection?

Chances are very slim since you treated the wound immediately. Always keep an eye on area for inflammation and you would know by now if infection occurred.
