My son has burning sensation and blisters under and on top of his toes. he is 7 years old. i took him to his peadeatrician who gave him antibiotic as he indicated infection, that was a month ago. what could be the cause and what should i do?

Hard to be specific: This could represent a transient condition called dyshydrotic eczema, or a contact allergic reaction to something from his foot ware. It would require an exam & review of the case to be more specific.
