A mildly elevated blood pressure would not be enough pressure to worsen the trivial valve abnormalities quickly. The trace valve abnormalities also would not be likely to cause an elevated heart rate nor be adversely affected by the heart rate increasing. You should see a cardiologist to review this with you. If the elevated heart rate bothers you, a monitor can be placed to see how fast it is.
