I was diagnosed with svt after 4 hours in er of 180s heart rate. i had an echo and the only abnormalities were mitral, pulmonic and tricuspid regurgitations.i am scheduled for a treadmill next week. are these anything to worry about?

A treadmill test with imaging may help resolve any remaining question about underlying heart disease. If the treadmill test is negative and you continue to have tachycardia, an electrophysiogist may be able to help you with medication or ablation.
