I fell yesterday durring the football game they took me out the game know i cant move my wrist i cant form a fist i can even hold anything or pick anything up the pain kept me up all night i just wanted to know what to do about it?

You need x-rays and an exam. Untreated wrist bone fractures can permanently impair your hand function. Keep it cool to reduce swelling, elevate when possible & go get evaluated.
