It could be that but you need to be sure it is not blood in your stool before assuming it is due to the pizza. Your doctor can order a test to check for microscopic blood in your stool. If this test is positive, you will need to see GI for an evaluation. If it is negative, then it is likely something in your diet causing the red color in your stool. Good luck to you!

What about the right sided abdominal pain? If it's persistent & there's associated right lower abdominal tenderness, get examined ASAP for appendicitis. Gall bladder pain would occur in the right upper abdomen. The streaking of blood is nonspecific but observe for more passing of blood like material and/or abnormal bowel movements. Resolution of all abdominal pain means ER visit not needed now.
