What can cause abdominal and back pain along with bright red blood in my stool?

Eval: These symptoms may not be related... You could have more than one problem. But if they all started around same time, it would be more concerning. Bright red blood is more concerning than dark blood if associated with back/abd pain. Or this could be hemorrhoid. You should see a doc for eval.
