i had a very small piece of red stool is this most likely caused from the pizza i had 2 days ago? i am 16 years old.

I am not sure...: It is improvident to be certain that you are not bleeding so further history is needed. I wonder why you isolated the pizza as the cause knowing you have eaten other things. I will advise a visit with your doctor for proper assessment. Take care go easy on pizza though!!!
