Be sure to sit on soft cushions and not hard surfaces. Also, applying a warm sitz bath may be helpful and can be purchased at a pharmacy. But, mostly, it takes time to go away. Keep your stools as soft as possible it minimize all straining since straining will increase the hemorrhoid. If it does not resolve after 7-10 days, see your doctor. Good luck!!

Avoid constipation, rectal straining, hard stools, too many spices, drink plenty of water to minimize symptoms. The only way to permanantly get rid of hemorrhoids is surgery. Good luck
