If your : Hemorrhoids are bleeing this is not normal nor do you know for sure if this is the only source of the bleeding. Prep h is absolutely worthless for any significant hemorrhoid problems. See a colon and rectal surgeon to be sure nothing more serious is present and causing the bleeding.

Yes: Hemrrhoids are distended blood vessels and can bleed w irritation. They usually stop. If they are not stopping, u need to call ur doc or go to er.
