In order to correlate the MRI finding and possible diagnosis, medical history is necessary. Furthermore, cancer is diagnosed by pathology report via biopsy, not MRI findings. Inflammation of the urethra can result in that MRI finding. Take care.

There are many causes which can do that and this has to be evaluated by a Urologist. This is not the usual findings of cancer of the urethra., other things can cause it too. Good luck
