Having varying degrees of ear pain for 5 days now, in the ear that i don't hear well out of (been that way for months, minus pain), & i hear cracking in it when turning my head, also if i cover that ear, what i hear sounds like rain or radio static?

A good option is to see the PCP or ENT Consult to have the ear(s) checked out and appropriate/ preventive care started. Sooner is better than later if possible.
