Can ankle brachial values change? yesterday my abi for left side was 0.86 and right was 0.89. today i did the blood pressures and left side was 1.016 and right side was 1. if abi changes how can it be diagnostic for pad?

Blood pressure measurement varies a lot so an abnormal number should always be repeated and that applies for both systemic blood pressure & the ABI index. I would suggest another set of measurement in 2 weeks for comparison. However, at your age PAD is quite rare unless you have significant underlying disease such as chronic kidney disease on renal replacement therapy for years. Take care.
