Maybe yes?: First, would absolutely get evaluation for heart stability, as this could represent anginal pain. Secondly, investigate potential of problem within brachial plexus, or even referred pain from neck. Imaging and EMG studies may be needed to pin this down. But due to prime concern, do not delay. (Kehr's sign in this location may represent issue with spleen)
