I developed a hard, painful, big lump on upper buttocks 2 months after an injection. applied antibiotic ointment the next day it popped had blood clots and a deep hole opened at the site. the skin around is black and the hole is widening. what is it?

You should see a surgeon for that lesion (an abscess) because you may need a wound debridement. Good luck.
