There is hard lump due to injection under my skin in right buttock even after a month.this injection has given for nerve pain.the lump is slightly painful when i press it.how to get rid of this lump?hot or cold compress? will it dissolve on it's own?

I suspect that a blood clot formed under the skin and has hardened. These hematomas don't usually dissolve.. These clots aren't dangerous but occasionally, because of persistent tenderness, have to be removed by a surgeon through a small incision.
