Some people who take progesterone-only products (pills, injections, IUDs) experience an increase in appetite while others see a decrease, although neither are listed as side effects in drug labeling. A related question is weight gain where, on the whole, people taking progesterone-only products do not experience weight change, although a small number see an increase or decrease.
