Do you like it?: Healthy folks do best eating what they like, getting enough protein and avoiding the very greasy / very sugary / very salty stuff that most of us tend to overeat. Hitting the salad bar won't make or ruin your health, and it's a great alternative to the stuff that most people in the rich nations live on. If you're fit, keeping up with your peers in sports, & enjoying your body, do what you're doing.
