Although you have some but not all the typical symptoms of urinary tract infection, UTI still seems the best bet; get checked for it. Possible need for STI testing if at risk (new partner, partner with other partners, etc). Contact your doctor's office for advice. Good luck.

This could be one of many things like local irritation, bladder codition or urethral (outer urinary tube) codition and needs to be examined and tested then treated. Suggest see a Urologist. good luck
