Go see your doctor.: It's difficult to accurately diagnose you with such few details, but if you have changes in the appearance/odor of your urine, with cramping/pain in the flanks, you may have a kidney stone or a urinary tract infection, or something else. As a 26 year old female, you likely do not have any serious illnesses and those are the probable diagnoses but you should be evaluated by your primary physician.

Check urine: Only a urinalysis can really discern your problem. Pain may also mean a uti. This could involve the bladder , kidney or both.
