Im a 30 year old male. I had a high random urine sodium level of 80 mmol/L. My sodium blood tests have always been low or low normal the past few years. Could this be a low aldosterone problem or a hormone problem or low cortisol?
Moderate leucocytes in urine. Rest of ua is normal. Blood tests are normal. No symptoms - age 67 and female. On long term corticosteroids. Ideas?
