How was the sample acquired? A random squat & pee female sample will include vaginal debris and some skin germs. A professionally done clean catch or catheter specimen would be more accurate. The next step would include a culture on the specimen, If no germs grew in significant numbers the finding would be ignored.

Nothing to worry about . Best is to repeat test done on a clean catch mid-stream specimen
