Moderate leucocytes in urine. rest of ua is normal. blood tests are normal. no symptoms - age 67 and female. on long term corticosteroids. ideas?

How was the sample acquired? A random squat & pee female sample will include vaginal debris and some skin germs. A professionally done clean catch or catheter specimen would be more accurate. The next step would include a culture on the specimen, If no germs grew in significant numbers the finding would be ignored.
