I had an endoscopy done today (propofol). i fasted properly and followed doctors orders for no food after midnight. on my result photos, a small amount of food was still in my stomach for some reason. am i at risk for aspiration pneumonia?

Your risk of aspiration would be at the time they were putting you under for the procedure. If it were to happen then, it would have become evident shortly thereafter. Once you have regained your faculties/awareness the bodies self protective reflexes are no longer stopped by the anesthesia and risk goes away.
