What is the difference between area under the curve (auc) and the dose response curve when gauging how effective different doses of the same medication are? if looking for relative differences in symptom improvement at 2mg vs 3mg, which graph to use?

Meds should be taken as prescribed by your doc who will take the symptoms, your BMI, other meds, symptoms etc in consideration and not by AUC or DRP- you dont have to use such esoteric graphs. Good luck
