Hello there. i've been diagnosed with adhd and been perscribed vyvanse, concerta, and biphentin to treat it. howerver, i cant feel any sort of difference let alone improvement. my doctors are puzzled. any idea how this is possible? im on max doses?

You state that you are on maximal doses of THREE medications, and you do NOT note effects or "any sort of difference". Perhaps there is question of validity of your diagnosis or appropriateness of your medications. Not feasible here to sort out, or advise. But, this indeed is a situation for a second opinion regarding the entire picture. We could also handle via HT virtual consult.

I would definately seek a 2nd opinion, strattera, wellbiutrin, imiprimine and intuniv are also all very good choices to treat ADHD for some people, everyone is different and you want to be sure there is not an underlying information processing problem .
