It is not the scarred uterus which can cause constipation but if there is a uterine lesion which blocks the cervical entry and the lesion is big enough to compress the rectum then constipation may occur. However, if the uterine lesion is only blocking the cervix then it has nothing to do with the constipation. Please patiently wait for the MRI done and you will know. Good luck.
