I'm 67 yrs.old i had an endometrial biopsy today. i have 10mm thickening they used a camera to view uterus and found scar tissue causing a blockage to fundus of uterus. no surgeries, what could be causing the scar tissue?

The findings may be related to past history of pregnancy and vaginal delivery. If the "blockage" is incomplete, the endometrial biopsy may still be done, and the "scar tissue" itself is not a cause for concern.

Ultrasound in 2018 stated mild adenomyosis. Im worried now that it could be mistaken for endometrial cancer as it also causes a thickened lining of the uterus. Would I have had more symptoms by now if it was (god forbid) cancer? Should I get biopsy?
