A member asked:

Is endometrial thickness of 1.91cm okay? i have what they suspect is a 1.81cm polyp in my uterus. i have a lot of symptoms. worried if it could be cancerous?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you have a polyp that accounts for the endometrial thickness. Endometrial polyps are rarely cancerous, and endometrial cancer is rare in women who are menstruating regularly. That of course is not never, and particularly if you are getting a lot of symptoms it should be checked out.
