What does it indicate if food consistently gets lodged between my upper teeth but never my lower teeth?

It may mean that there is a variation of the inter-tooth spaces. What's important is to emphasize the need to floss regularly to prevent dental caries from occurring between one's teeth. In addition, it's important to visit one's dentist regularly (perhaps every 6 months or as recommended by one's dentist).

May indicate malocclusion (bad bite), tooth size anomalies, cavities between teeth, fillings that need replacement, an d other causes. Can result in gum pocket formation between teeth. No computer click, homeopathic, OTC, pill, or potion will fix this. Please call your Dentist.
