You should see a rheumatologist to determine the best treatment, especially since you do not tolerate NSAIDs. Have you tried any over the counter topical medications? You could ask your pharmacist for advice on selecting one to try. You may be able to tolerate a topical NSAID as this would not affect your stomach. Good luck to you!
