I have chf and have arthritis in my knee. is there anything i can take that won't interfere with my chf? i have been told not to take any advil (ibuprofen).

Avoid NSAIDs: You should avoid all NSAIDs as they have cardiac and renal adverse effects for you. Acetaminophen is safe and if not enough relief can use pain relieving opiates. Local injection I of syncing or similar products is feasible as is low dose less absorbed steroids by injection Good luck.
