As i read once penis erect sperm release from epididymis to vas deferens, so if penis erects and cool down lets say after 5 min( no sex or nothing) do sperm go back to epididymis from vas deferens??

The sperms do not back track but unless removed in sexual intercourse, they will degenerate and be resorbed as new sperms are constantly being generated and so the flow is only one way.

It does not work like that. What comes out at ejaculation are the sperms stored in a gland called seminal vesicle and that gradually gets refilled by sperms from the epidid.
