Thyroid cancer is not caused by HPV. You do not say which types of HPV were found in your recent Pap smear if any. If HPV was detected or your Pap smear is abnormal, follow your doctor's advice -- but try not to worry. The vast majority of cervical HPV infections do not lead to cancer or other significant health problems.

This means you harbor HPV which is not very unusual. Suggest stay under the follow-up care of your Gyn. Hope you do well
