Hello! i get migraines about every month -2. today when i woke up i noticed i had a spot in my vision only in my left eye. my head also feels foggy. my visual aura usually last 5 min then gone. this is lasting all day. can visual auras last this long?

Visual auras are typically about 5-15 minutes in duration and afflict both eyes. Rarely a localized stroke can occur. But if focal and persistent, this would suggest an ocular issue. The safest course is to be seen at an Urgent Care Center or an ER ASAP.
