Ocular migraine: Fairly classic migraine event without pain. This is referred to as non-cephalgic migraine and is associated with spasm of the blood vessels to the eye and ocular region of the brain. Very common in pregnancy. Safe to use Aspirin at onset, but so brief probably not necessary. Talk with your OB to be sure no other cause is present and that Aspirin would be safe.

No: Its likely migraine, since u have them and they are common and TIA is uncommon. Make sure u are sleeping well at night, contrlling sinuses or anything that sparks a headache. Fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) can be helpful.
