Had oct and dilated eye exam for what i thought was a floater. all goodnow i think its a negative afterimage. i see it as a dark spot with eye open and light spot with eyes closed. then it fades away. history of migraines with auras. thoughts please?

You don't mention how long ago you had this exam. The OCT scan was a careful examination of the retina. It's common to have blurry vision and light sensitivity for some hours after a dilated eye examination. If your symptoms have lasted much longer, notify your ophthalmologist who will advise you.
