If embolisation fails then next step will be varicocelectomy, either open or minimally invasive surgery. Good luck.

You are presuming it was unsuccessful due to your symptoms. See the doc who did the procedure and he/she will explain when the test to confirm success should be done. Choice after failure is either another attempt at embol. or surgical procedure for it. wish you well
