Can varicocele be misdiagnosed? is there something which could look like a varicocele? my varicocele is in the right side of the scrotum and 4 cm

Varicocoele.: A varicocoele and a hydrocoele would be in the same general area, the former being blood-filled and the latter being more fluid-filled. An ultrasound with doppler would easily help to differentiate the two.
