Ive been having left arm pain for the past 2 days. is it a heart attack at my young age? i went to the hospital two weeks ago and troponin levels were fine. should i go again?

Left are pain without any other symptoms in someone your age is very unlikely to be from a heart attack and more likely to be a musculoskeletal issue. What were you doing when this pain started? Does the pain increase with certain movements? If this pain continues, you should see your doctor. Good luck to you!
